1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities related to the use of the website and related services ("Services") operated by ADRM Studio ("the Company").

2. Definitions

"User" refers to anyone who accesses the Company's website and uses the Services under these Terms. "Content" refers to all materials provided by the Company within the Services, including text, images, and video.

3. Posting and Amending the Terms

The Company posts these Terms on the service screen. Changes are announced at least 7 days before the effective date; changes unfavorable to users are announced at least 30 days in advance.

4. Provision and Modification of Services

The Company may modify content and features without prior notice for the sake of stability and quality improvements. If a change materially affects users, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

5. Copyright of Content

All works, images, video, and text posted within the Service are the copyright of the Company or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute any portion without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures beyond the Company's reasonable control. Liability for external links and third-party services is also disclaimed.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction located at the Company's headquarters. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
