How we handle personal data.
1. Information We Collect
ADRM Studio ("the Company") collects the following information when you submit project inquiries, quote requests, or job applications: name, contact details (email, phone), company/affiliation, inquiry content, and any attached files. While browsing the website, we may automatically log IP address, browser information, and visit time.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Information is used only for (1) responding to inquiries, quotes, and contracts; (2) reviewing job applications; (3) improving service quality and statistical analysis. Marketing or advertising use occurs only with prior explicit consent.
3. Retention Period
Inquiry-related information is retained for up to 1 year after the response is complete. Contract-related information is retained for the periods required by Korean tax and commercial laws and then safely destroyed. Recruitment information is destroyed within 6 months after the hiring process concludes.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent of the data subject. Exceptions apply only when required by law or in response to a legitimate investigative request.
5. Processing Entrusted to Third Parties
The Company entrusts portions of processing to: Netlify (web hosting), Sanity (content management), Pluuug (inquiry form handling). Each processor handles information only within the scope entrusted and is responsible for secure handling.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of their personal information at any time. Send requests to contact@aydream.studio and we will process them without delay.
