Visual production has long been constrained by repetitive labour and limited resources. ADRM is a Visual Agentic Studio: high-end visual production, run on an agentic workflow. On top of in-house CG, VFX, and motion craft built since 2018, ADRM proactively brought agentic AI into the operational layer: intake, briefing, quoting, QC. Production and direction stay in human hands; the repetitive parts of running a studio go to agents, and the director spends the saved hours on the work itself. The most efficient path to the most exacting aesthetic. That is the next generation of how this work gets made.

Every inquiry runs through Vision Flow, our five-agent system, which produces reference curation, a first-draft brief, and an initial quote. After the creative director reviews it, our designers and animators take on main production. AI handles the repetitive computation; the director owns judgement and direction.
